Despite the $35 annual fee, this card can offer valuable savings if you revolve credit card balances. The Introductory Rate is 0% on balance transfers for 6 billing periods, and then the annual percentage rate (APR) is only 6.50%. With the Pulaski Bank VISA® Card, there are no balance transfer or cash advance fees, and they offer one of the few credit cards in the marketplace with a 25-day grace period, and with a Cash Advance rate that is the same as their Regular APR.
